When you submit an investor inquiry, capital application, or partnership inquiry through this site, we collect the information you provide directly: name, email address, telephone number, company or firm name, role, and the content of your message. Submission is voluntary; the only information we collect is what you choose to share.

When you visit the site, our hosting provider (Google Firebase Hosting) records standard server-level technical data — IP address, user agent, request timestamp, and referrer — for the operation and security of the platform. This data is not used for behavioral profiling or advertising.

Information you submit through the site is used solely to evaluate, respond to, and follow up on your inquiry. The reviewing parties are the managing members of Adaptive Market Intelligence LLC and RapidFire VC, and any directly engaged advisors.

We do not sell, rent, license, or otherwise disclose your information to third-party marketers. We do not use your inquiry data to train external machine learning models. We do not place your information on advertising networks.

If your inquiry advances to an active capital application or investment evaluation, we may collect additional business and financial information directly from you under a separate engagement. SCOPE Cascade's behavioral underwriting analyses are run on data you submit during that engagement; analyses are not performed on visitors who only browse the website.

Underwriting outputs are confidential to Adaptive Market Intelligence LLC, RapidFire VC, and you. They are not shared with parties outside of the deal team without your written consent.

We use Google Analytics 4 to measure aggregate traffic patterns — page views, referral sources, click and form-submission events on our own components, and which sections of the site receive engagement. Analytics is configured with IP anonymization. We do not use Google Signals, advertising features, or remarketing audiences. We do not link Analytics data to advertising networks.

Beyond Google Analytics, this site does not deploy third-party advertising cookies, tracking pixels, fingerprinting scripts, or other behavioral analytics suites. Browser-level storage may be used by the platform for technical performance (image format detection, session-only state); none of it is used to identify or track individual visitors across the web.

If we add or change analytics providers in the future, we will update this policy and disclose the provider in this section before the change takes effect.

We share your information only with: (a) the managing members of Adaptive Market Intelligence LLC and RapidFire VC; (b) advisors, attorneys, and accountants directly retained on the deal or partnership in question; and (c) regulators or law enforcement where required by law.

We will never share your information with a buyer, marketer, data broker, or training-data aggregator.

Inquiry submissions are retained for as long as is reasonably necessary to evaluate and follow up on the inquiry, plus a period of regulatory and operational record-keeping (typically seven years for active capital relationships, shorter for declined inquiries).

You may request earlier deletion of an inquiry record at any time by writing to the contact address below. We will honor the request unless retention is required by an active engagement, regulatory obligation, or legal hold.

You may request: a copy of the information we hold about you, correction of inaccurate information, deletion of inquiry records (subject to retention exceptions above), or withdrawal of consent for ongoing contact.

Send written requests to the contact address in section 11. We will respond within thirty days.

Inquiries are transmitted over TLS and stored on infrastructure operated by reputable cloud providers under industry-standard security controls. Access to inquiry data is limited to the managing members of Adaptive Market Intelligence LLC and RapidFire VC, and to specifically engaged advisors.

No system is perfectly secure. If a breach occurs that materially affects your information, we will notify you and applicable regulators in accordance with applicable law.

This site is intended for adult business operators, principals, and investors. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy as the site, the platform, or the regulatory environment evolves. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

Material changes will be communicated to active inquiries via the email address on file.
